REFUND POLICY

We are confident regarding the effectiveness of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase therefore we offer a 30 day refund policy if our product fails to meet your requirements. Simply post back to us in the original packaging any unused portion with the original receipt and we will issue a full refund to the card with which you made your purchase.

You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it or within 7 days of receiving the order which ever is the longer, if you change your mind regarding the purchase.

Simply return unopened in the condition it was received to Forest Farmacy , Sniperley Hall, Durham DH1 5RA for a full refund of the purchase price to the card with which you made the purchase.
